Challenge: Volunteer-led charity needed brand identity to launch their mission of achieving gender parity in triathlon. With only 37% of UK participants being women, the organisation removes barriers for first-time female and non-binary triathletes.
Strategic Approach: Create empowering visual identity that makes triathlon accessible rather than elite. Balance aspiration with approachability—avoiding intimidating imagery while celebrating achievement and community.
Solution: Developed brand identity emphasising community over competition. The creation of an abstract athlete, showing all three areas of triathlon. Visual system celebrates women at all levels—from first swims to finish lines. Brand scales from WhatsApp graphics to partnerships with Professional Triathletes Organisation.
Impact 400+ members and 400+ event entries within two years. Partnerships with PTO, Zone3, and British Triathlon. Brand positions charity as both grassroots organisation and credible industry partner.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Irfan did for us at Fund Her Tri UK. Our task was to update a dated logo to better reflect our diverse and inclusive organisation.
